Society as it is

Colleague of mine is getting married . During the talks , there came a question how much money she would give her to family . Obviously parents spend their entire savings in their children s education and when the children grow up , its definitely their responsibility to take care of parents . There need not be any written statement for it . Be it daughter or son , they have to take care . Guy s family should understand that .

Pink was a nice movie to be watched . It had a lot of things to convey .

World Peace Day

Today being world Peace Day . World peace day has nothing to do with the world . Its very important to maintain peace with ourselves . We need to resolve any conflicts within ourselves , remove hatred , forgive people for their ignorance and be in peace  . Happiness and peace has nothing to do with the outside world .Its more a battle within oneself .

Sometimes peace can be achieved by talking about the issue which bothers or accepting it if it cannot be fixed . Some of the things which I do to create peace with myself are mentioned below .

1. Write out my feelings and throw it in bin . I don't want anyone to know my feelings. :)

2. Speak out with a dear person -anybody who I think is best to help me out.


3. Read or listen to something powerful and positive .

4. Doing kriya regularly and not missing the long Sudarshan Kriya

5. Going to sleep .

Truth or lies

Should I believe or not believe ?? Sometimes it becomes difficult to know which is lies and which is truth . There is a thin line between the two . Probably the eyes knows better . But how do we speak to the eyes . Anyways Lets not bother about which is true and which is false . Lets focus on our life rather than being judgemental about others . If someone is lying  , its their karma and they will take care of it . Lets not be the judge for it . Lets focus only on our reactions .

People lie for a variety of reasons .One could be to be accepted or the fear of rejection . Whatever it is , truth is beautiful and good . Lets try as much to remain truthful , transparent and ethical in our day to day dealings . Certain stages in our life , we may have to lie but that should be only like a pinch of salt not anything more than that unless really required .
