How do we eat clean  ?? attended a webinar , some tips are

1. Consume Vegan , I'm still consuming diary but have stopped non veg completely

2.Get your sunlight

3. Do nadishodhan pranayam

Also some tips from  dietitian Rujutha s videos especially for women


- have kesar , almonds soaked in water to reduce pms symptoms

- have a banana in the evening

- have ghee in every meal

lessons learnt

How much we take things for granted like going to office , spending time with colleagues...Freedom to go buy anything or do anything,,,,Now we are all trapped ...

So lets cherish the small moments . Think about the worst which can happen , you will die or your dear ones will die  . But that should not stop you from living the best life .Ensure to spend time with your loved ones.

Take the necessary precautions , be grateful to the little things , keep a grateful journal and ensure to write down your feelings , This too shall pass and you shall emerge stronger if you survive through this .

Ensure to do good exercises and be happy .Walk out from any place if you are feeling uneasy . Lockdown doesn't give anyone a chance to treat you badly

1. To be stable , do mediation , kriya

2. to workout - zumba , yoga etc

3. to talk less , only whatever is required

4. To be calm

Since everybody is talking about corona , I thought let me do a blog post . These thoughts are mine and guruji Sri Sri has stressed upon it . Take it as opportunity be good. Things to be done from whatever I have read

- don't panic

- do exercise

- do your kriya

- be stable, build your immunity , have amrut , amla , tulasi , avoid white sugar


Believe whatever happens is for the good , be grateful for the positive things in your life
Some of the positives which i can see are

- Families are spending more time together

-Pollution is less

- People are not spending time in traffic

You have done a pretty good job last year , This year should be your year , you need to focus on yourself , work on yourself , showcase your work , do really well career wise and keep yourself physically , mentally and spiritually fit

Also ensure you don't hurt anyone like how they do it you

Take good care of yourself . Ensure you don't hurt yourself or allow others to hurt you

Be a strong girl , don crib or cry for little things which life plays with you .

Avoid social media to a great extend , once a day is acceptable not beyond that , also avoid seeing whatsapp status , that is also a lot of clutter
