Big boss

I have never watched bis boss episodes , but i know its something like people are locked inside the house and they fight like anything ...

Something similar is happening in our houses these days...so lets see what can help

1. To be stable , do mediation , kriya

2. to workout - zumba , yoga etc

3. to talk less , only whatever is required

4. To be calm
