Cancer

Asha ,my aunts dearest friend and later our family friend . She was the most sweetest , bubbliest  , enthusiastic person I have known . She was in her early thirties with a good job . Few years back, cancer took her life.
                 We assume it can't happen to us . I tell you , It can happen to anyone . You , me or your dear and near ones . I have lost a dear one too and seen the person suffering .Its one of deadliest disease known to mankind .Fortunately there are treatments today  if its detected in early stages , but it does cost a lot .

               "Prevention is always better than cure" . Somethings are not in our hand . At least lets try our best to prevent  it . Lets take a pledge to eat healthy food , not to take tension , no smoking , exercising regularly , regular check ups  and going to doctor if you find any signs .

                   I know a person who had early stages of cancer and heart attack in his twenties because of his smoking habits and drug abuse. He got it cured without any treatment by practicing techniques in art of living So if you require help ,its always there . Lets not give pain to our dear and near ones.
There are many people who survived cancer . Hats off to them !
