Dreams

Dreams help us erase our painful memories . So lets start dreaming . However they are not in our control . Another thing which helps to  remove our bad memories is  meditation .At least that is in our control.
Lets meditate daily to get rid of the bad memories and start a new beginning.

    There are different ways to learn meditation . I have found my way and that's art of living .It will make  the journey of  life  much more enriching .

Like dreams , even wishes do come true . Write down your secret wish and there are much  more chances that  it will become true .Write it down today  and let me know if it becomes  true .
