Whatever may be the reasons ,if you are ready to take the hurt then you need to be really strong to push yourselves up and move on.  But don't make a big deal out of things like someone hurt me etc etc. No one can actually break your heart . You should make yourself so strong that come what may ,I will handle it . 

       I have seen people who pour acid on girls who have rejected them or have hate feelings towards them . This is so foolish . Why do you have to do  such stuffs? If someone doesn't like you why do you like them .

You can always express your feelings but it doesn't mean they have to also reciprocate the same. If someone has left you , its alright ,its perfectly their  choice. You dust yourself and move on and trust me no one can break your heart unless  you create the hurt .
