1.Never compare children with siblings or friends . Each one is different or Unique . Comparing them makes them really bad . Their self esteem is developed in the initial years , so comparison affects their self esteem .
2. Never put pressure on them to study or for anything . No one works best under pressure. Tell them to put in their best efforts and you don't really care about the marks scored . Do mean what you say .
3. Whatever you asked them to do , please do follow it . If you ask them to be disciplined , be punctual , speak the Truth , follow the same .
