Q. I feel inferior to some people and superior to others. How to stop these judgements? What to do? 
A. Judgements will happen. There is not much you can do about that. However, here is a trick I use for myself - For the people I feel are inferior to me, I feel Compassion and offer my help. For the people I feel are superior to me, I get inspired from them, and learn from them. Then there is no place for pity or jealously.
