I'm part of Toastmaster s club in my company . Its basically international forum to improve your communication skills and to deliver good speeches . Some of the things which I have learnt for giving a good speech are mentioned below .
1, Be enthusiastic and have a passion on the topic which you are speaking . You need to have the energy to transmit to your audience
2. Tell a story .If its a personal story , even more good . Emotions like fear , surprise etc can keep your audience engaged .
3. It should be something which they don't know . It should be inspiring and informing . Inform , Inspire are the two key words.
