Back to Happiness and food

Meeting Rashmin Pulekhar , My happiness course teacher after 5 years was itself an Experience . He is still the same with amazing sense of humor . One hour session was mind blowing ,some insights from the session .

- There is something in you which is non changing . Get to know that 

- Ask Yourself who am I ?? See your life from a bigger perspective . 

- Repeat happiness course once in 3-4 months . 

We had another session on food by Pooja . Some insights from that mentioned below .

- Add cucumber and lemon slices in water and  keep it overnight . Drink it the next day . This makes your body alkaline and reduce the acidic content .

- Eat 2 hours before going to sleep .

- Know your body time by a nadi pariksha doctor and eat based on it rather than googling everything.

-Ghee is good . Add a bit of ghee to your food .

-Drink buttermilk frequently .
