Peace of Mind

Sometimes the most important thing is peace of mind . Don't do or say anything which will disturb your Peace of mind . Sometimes people may not understand you , may not accept your views , may be extremely critical about whatever you do . That s okay . If you are doing the right thing , go ahead .

New Year is here , Its important to make healthy resolutions and follow it vigorously  . Few of my resolutions are listed below .

1 . Get more active, may be lot of exercises or taking the stairs , whatever it is . Get moving in 2017 .

2. Eat more healthy stuff . Reduce junk , may be once in a week is fine .

3. Cry less . Be more emotionally stronger and handle situations better .

4. Be indifferent to situations and people if it disturbs your Peace of mind.

5. Read more good books . One every month .

6. Reduce Social Media , phone usage . May be just 3 times in a day .


7. Write everyday even if you don't publish it .



That's it  for now . Wishing all a healthy and happy 2017 . Smile and laugh more . Do things which make you happy . Respect yourself to walk away from anything or anyone that no longer deserves , grows or makes you happy .
