Going to Art of Living Ashram during Navratri is such a wonderful Experience . Homas and poojas take you completely to a different world . I just could go one day . And not to forget the yummy food and little serving seva which I could do. Nothing brings joy than being useful to somebody .
Recently there was a blood donation drive at office and I donated blood for the first time . Joy which I got that day diminished all the tiredness due to donating blood . It was a wonderful Experience.
These little things make our life beautiful . Lets ensure we live a good life , come out of our addictions if any including mobile phone addiction , live a peaceful and happy life .
Was watching a Malayalam Movie called breaking News Live . It was about a person who stopped a molester from attacking a lady in Train . Lets not be silent spectators and do something whenever possible .
