We had a session in office as part of women s day celebration . Host was Dr. Amruta , who has won various awards . Key things which she mentioned in her talk has been mentioned below

- To practice meditation and yoga

- To spend some time with yourself

- to do the the things which you like

- to work out regularly

- to hire a cook if required

That s it for now . Its high time , I start blogging more frequently now .
