I can't stop telling about benefits of Sudarshan kriya . Faster you enroll in it , better for you . Today when I went for long Kriya , I met a person who told me that she had wheezing problems and was using inhalers . She has been doing yoga / kriya from one month and she has stopped using inhalers . It creates a lot of awareness and that s what is required in our life .
Need to incorporate some form of physical exercise in our life . Have joined for badminton coaching . Not easy though , but you need to push your limits . Lessons learnt from the session..
