The other day I received a compliment from a friend who said I looked fit . Probably one of the best compliment which I have received . Though I know I'm not totally fit and I need to me more fit . Long way to go !!!
But on a serious note , that's the best compliment anyone can get . Remaining fit is really essential . Your immunity would increase and lot more benefits .
How do you know you are fit ?
If you don't have extra fat around your body . If you can pinch the fat , it means you are not so fit . Need to work on it .
Some of the things which I have heard and which works for most people are listed here.
1. Reduce Sugar . It could be any form -aerated drinks ,tea ,coffee , chocolates etc.
2. Exercise regularly .
3. Eat small meals , have a light dinner .
4.Sit less , Sitting too much is equivalent to smoking .
5.Drink loads of water
6. Have Luke warm lime water with honey in morning
7.Have green tea .
