Celebrate Life

Attended a  health session at Office . Insights from that session.

1. Most of the health  problems are related to thyroid . Get your thyroid tested . 

2. Measure the temperature of your body . It should be between the range of 97.8 and 98.2 .If it is not in the range , then there is some dysfunction which needs to be checked .Unable to lose weight or gain etc are all due to thyroid. 


3. Have a light dinner and laugh more .

4.Have a positive and right attitude in life which will push away diseases. 

5. Stop Piercing . It blocks the energy centers.

In art of living , we have learnt Sadhana , Seva and Satsang is required . And Sadhana if you do it in a group , its more effective . Yesterday ,I was part of Group Sadhana . In the knowledge sharing session , we learnt about blessings . Sometimes we take  things for granted and whine and whine and whine . Lets not be whiners , lets have an attitude to remain positive . Come what may , I wouldn't lose my happiness. Practice for 1 week and lets see how it goes !
