Take care

The moment I take my health for granted ,  I fall sick . We work continuously  by losing our health to gain wealth and one fine day we use our wealth to gain back the health . Instead take care from beginning to improve your immunity . Some of the ways which worked for me and most of them are mentioned below

1. Regular Exercise  . Definitely this will increase your immunity .

2. Regular practice of Yoga and Meditation . Get enrolled today itself for art of living course . 

3. Have lots of fresh fruits and veggies . 

4. Eat at the right time . Avoid junk food as much as possible . 

5. Drink loads of water and keep yourself well hydrated. 

6. Sufficient Rest and Sleep . 

7. Don stress too much . Take time to laugh , play ,spend time with family and friends
