Law of Nature

When you wish good for others, good things come back to you. This is the LAW of NATURE. -Sri Sri

I had a severe tooth pain other day . I couldn't think of anything else other than the pain . Similarly in life , when we are in deep pain or unhappy , we can't think of anything else . You can't think of bringing joy to someone else . Not even to your spouse , parents , children or friends . So its very important to remain at peace and sort out your pain first . You should first be happy to spread happiness to others.

We can give food to others without  having  ourselves but we cannot  give happiness to anyone without being happy . Make very sure not to lose your stability and peace of mind at any cost . In today s world , it isn't so easy . Life is very challenging . Each person reacts in a different way . You solve one problem and life throws some other challenge.  That's where yoga , pranayams do help . I'm not saying , once you learn Sudarshan Kriya , all your problems will be solved . But it definitely gives you strength and helps you in journey  of life . Our life is work in progress and we are working on it ,trying to make it beautiful and less complicated .

Lets empower ourselves not to create hurt for every small thing .Other day , friend of mine was telling she felt very insulted since her friends didn't call her for a treat .  I told her its fine , you remain stable . Don't get disturbed . No one can insult or disrespect you unless you allow yourself to do it. Respect yourself . That's more important . Don't expect others to respect you .  People respect or not respect , it has nothing to do with you . Its their culture . Today they mite respect and tomorrow they may not . Don't judge yourself on others feelings which keeps changing often.  You are not good or bad based on others opinions . Be true to yourself .

Be grateful

Am I grateful enough today , what did we bring when we were born and what we will take back when we die.. This song depicts it beautifully ...
