Attended session at office ' How to become Rich ' by Author Rajashekaran , who is the author of book How to get rich and retire early . Take away points from session listed below and he recommended to read his book .
1. Make a good financial plan where do you see yourself 20 years from now .
2. Know your cash flow and expenses .
3. Invest in right places - Equity , Mutual Funds , Real Estate .
4. Do not invest in wrong places - Insurance , FD . Have a term insurance ,others all not worth it .Gold currently not good to invest.
5. Always know your ROI (Return on Investmnet ) on whatever you are investing .
6. Have a passive income , income apart from your salary and Return on investment should be more than 15% per year .
7.Imagine a richer yourself and what you would do once you are rich .
